You are agreeing that you are fully aware that the information and data you have provided will be used to determine if you are approved or rejected on Simulation for Digital Health (SimDH) or Greentech Access to Innovation (A2i). The data you have entered into the application form has been completed to the best of your knowledge and any self-declarations made will be taken at factual (e.g. state aid and SME self-declarations). If you wish to change any data within the application you submit, you must inform us before you sign the user profile.

This approval or rejection decision will be made by project manager at LSBU for either SimDH or A2i and will be determined by conditions set at the start of the programme. You will be informed of the decision via the email you have given at registration. The decision on applications is final and no appeals will be heard. Decisions will be made in accordance with the eligibility criteria set out. If you wish to receive feedback on your application please email the team (simdh@lsbu.ac.uk or a2i@lsbu.ac.uk).

LSBU may share your information with organisations which we employ or cooperate with in order to provide support for your business. LSBU could also use your information and data to promote the project and conduct a full evaluation of the project. We may also wish to use your information to contact you with services or products we feel will benefit your business. Please let us know via email if you don’t wish to receive this communication.

Both SimDH and A2i have a limited capacity and acceptance criteria may be used on some workshops, events and other benefits that the programme brings. The team reserves the right to cap the amount and/or type of support you are allowed as a business.

By registering on SimDH or A2i you are agreeing to attend all workshops or events you register on via the online dashboard. If you are unable to attend workshop or event that you have signed up to, you are required to inform us at least 24 hours in advance of the event via by cancelling via the online dashboard. Failure to do so will result in non-attendance being marked. If you have any circumstances on the day of the workshop or event that mean you are unable to attend, you must contract the appropriate project manager directly to inform them of non-attendance as the earliest possible convenience.

The team reserves to the right to withdraw you from either SimDH or A2i. A reason for this withdrawal will be given in writing.

If you wish to make a complaint regarding either SimDH or A2i programme, you must make this in writing within 1 week of the incident you wish to complain about to the following address: Lee Harvey, The Clarence Centre for Enterprise and Innovation, 6 St George’s Circus, London, SE1 6FE. You must clearly state what or who the complaint is about, the date(s) it took place and any other information that will support the compliant. All complaints will be discussed with relevant individuals and responses given accordingly.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are agreeing that you will sign documentation and provide evidence directly related to the claiming of European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) outputs, including, but not limited to, user bookings form, user profile form, evidence of new business form, company incorporation statement, memorandum of understanding for collaboration, self-declaration form for new to the market products, marketing information, marketing literature and independent verification documentation.
